Real estate has been in my blood since I was a kid. My grandfather was an elementary school principal by day and a real estate investor by night, eventually building a 30-home rental portfolio. Watching him turn properties into long-term wealth showed me the power of real estate early on.

I’ve been through the ups and downs of buying our first home when we could barely afford it. Not only is it where we’ve raised our kids—it’s also become one of our best investments, building equity that has strengthened our financial future.
